Have you taken Foundations of Kundalini Yoga Therapy: Principles and Practices, and/or other Guru Ram Das Center courses? Are you curious about keeping momentum, in this new way of teaching? Join peers & faculty to share a meditation, and check in. Bring your questions around teaching therapeutically. We will share field notes and hear one another. We will leave feeling more resourced.
