INTERNATIONAL KUNDALINI YOGA THERAPY PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Overview

The International Kundalini Yoga Therapy Professional Training is an accredited 1,120 hour, 34 month program comprised of 14 in-person segments (courses) and 7 on demand segments. This is not simply a sequence of courses you take where you finish and get a certificate. You undergo an integrated process that includes clinical supervision, individual mentoring, personal development and a capstone project. You qualify yourself to become a certified Kundalini Yoga Therapist!

The first 3 segments are focused on shifting from being a Kundalini Yoga teacher to becoming a Kundalini Yoga Therapist. They are primarily yoga-focused and take you deep into the consciousness of Kundalini Yoga as therapy. The subsequent segments are focused on assessment and clinical application. They take you into the clinical practice of Kundalini Yoga as therapy.

Any Kundalini Yoga teacher can take our 8 OPEN segments without enrolling in, or committing to, the full training. All of the 7 on demand segments are also open to any Kundalini Yoga Teacher whether they enroll in the full training or not. Kundalini Yoga teachers can take 15 segments before committing to applying for the full professional and certification.

By enrolling in the full professional track, students receive the added benefit of clinical supervision, individual mentoring and personal development earlier in the process.

After that, yoga therapy trainees must enroll in the full program so that they may benefit from supervision and the integrated process of developing the consciousness, sensitivity, experience and skills over the 34 month 1,120 hour training.

All segments will be posted on our website 3 – 5 months before they are available.

The International Kundalini Yoga Therapy Professional Training is accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

“Recently the date was set for surgery to remove my left breast. I asked the doctors to check the cells and the tests showed that I am completely healthy. There is no evidence of cancer. So the surgery was cancelled. The practice of Kundalini Yoga and the meditations really made a difference.”
