It is my prayer that 2023 brought you creativity, joy, fulfillment, and the resources you need to meet every challenge in your life.

At the Guru Ram Das Center, 2023 brought us a 5-year initiative to bring Trauma Responsive Yoga training and support to Ukrainian Kundalini Yoga Teachers. They are now skilled to deliver protocols to seven different populations in a country torn by nearly 2 years of war. The training and support continue into 2024.

Your generous support makes this possible.

In June, the fourth group of Kundalini Yoga Therapists graduated from a 32-month, 1,120-hour accredited Kundalini Yoga Therapy training, and already they bring their skills and compassion to those in underserved and marginalized communities.

 Our courses remain online, allowing Kundalini Yoga Teachers world-wide to gain new skills and discover new ways to serve.
