Overview
A recent study shows that the practice of yoga to manage pain rose to 29 percent in 2022, up from 11 percent in 2002. In this course we combine modern science with ancient yogic tradition to explore how yogic practices reduce stress and inflammation to relieve pain. These aspects of human physiology are entwined and sometimes entangled. Through specific yogic approaches, we untangle and liberate the source of these conditions to restore health and vitality.
