The International Kundalini Yoga Therapy Professional Training is an accredited 800-hour, 24-month program comprised of 13 live online or in-person segments (courses) and 7 on-demand segments (now offered in two parts with 300-hr and 500-hour completion). This is not simply a sequence of courses you take, finish and get a certificate. You undergo an integrated process that includes:

- Group Practicum Mentorship
- Practicum Delivery to Clients or Groups

Kundalini Yoga Teacher to Kundalini Yoga Therapist
The first 3 segments are focused on shifting from being a Kundalini Yoga teacher to becoming a Kundalini Yoga Therapist. They are primarily yoga-focused and take you deep into the consciousness of Kundalini Yoga as therapy. The subsequent segments are focused on assessment and clinical application. They take you into the clinical practice of Kundalini Yoga as therapy.
Who can take this training?
6 of the 13 segments in the Certification track (all from the 300-hour training) are open to any Kundalini Yoga teacher (many are also open to Yoga Therapists from any tradition) with some having a pre-requisite of Foundations of Kundalini Yoga Therapy: Principles and Practices. These can be taken without enrolling in, or committing to becoming a Certified Yoga Therapist through the Guru Ram Das Center. All of the 7 on-demand segments are also open to any Kundalini Yoga teacher whether they enroll in the Certification track or not.
By enrolling in the Certification track, trainees receive the added benefit of clinical supervision, individual mentoring and personal development earlier in the process. This integrates the trainees’ development of consciousness, sensitivity, experience and skill.
The International Kundalini Yoga Therapy Professional Training is accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Individual Mentoring
Individual mentoring provides personal support and reflection; tracking and monitoring your progress, personal development and completion of training.
Clinical Supervision And Practicum
During your practicum hours, you gain skill in clinical Kundalini Yoga Therapy with individual clients in assessment, treatment and tracking clinical outcomes. Clinical supervision provides a progression of skill development and training in key clinical areas including safety, legal and ethical issues.

Learn how to teach therapeutically to students with health conditions and aid them on their healing journey with a holistic yogic approach — addressing issues relating to stress, pain, inflammation, sleep, mental health and trauma recovery. Also includes business tools and training for holistic entrepreneurs.
Clinical Application of Kundalini Yoga Therapy — 500-hour
This builds on our 300-hour certificate and focuses more on the clinical application of Kundalini Yoga Therapy as applied to various medical conditions and an understanding of the affected systems of the body — including digestive, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, respiratory and immune systems to support recovery in a medical setting.
Kundalini Yoga Therapist IAYT-Accredited Diploma — 800-hour
This training includes both the 300-hour and 500-hour segments to qualify you as a Certified Kundalini Yoga Therapist from the world’s only accredited training! This option is for Kundalini Yoga teachers who are ready and committed to becoming a Kundalini Yoga Therapist.
