Siri Bhagvati Kaur

Siri Bhagvati has been working in the field of health sciences and yoga for over 15 years.  She is a teacher of Kundalini Yoga, a Professional KRI Teacher Trainer and works as a Kinesiologist and Bowen Therapist.  She lives in Melbourne, Australia and is the co-owner of Kundalini House, a Complementary Health Clinic and Yoga Studio.  She and her sister opened the business in 2006 with the vision to create a center where people could be supported to meet their health and wellbeing outcomes with yoga and a wide range of body and talking therapies, including acupuncture, psychology, and yoga therapy. Since 2014, Siri Bhagvati has focused on Yoga Therapy with the Guru Ram Das Center and is a member of the faculty team.  She has been successfully running specialized courses for people in the recovery of trauma, PTSD and illness and is building a team of Kundalini Yoga therapists and teachers to offer therapeutic courses in clinics, organizations and healthcare centers within her city.

Yoga Therapy and bringing yoga into the health system is a passion for Siri Bhagvati and is so happy to be working within the team of the Guru Ram Das Center.  She is a specialized trainer for Kundalini Yoga and PTSD and is a teacher within the faculty for the Foundation modules.

No matter what the cause of the trauma, movement through Kriya, breath and mantra are time-tested approaches clinically demonstrated to be effective in helping people reconnect with their body, reduce symptoms and provide the support to move from a state of reactivity to an experience of safety and calm. This training provides the specific skills you need to compassionately, safely and effectively instruct a trauma sensitive Kundalini Yoga course for people with PTSD.
