Atma Jot Kaur, C-IAYT

Atma Jot Kaur Guedel is from Goettingen, Germany, and has been a Kundalini Yoga teacher since 1986. Her life is deeply rooted in the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, especially those for women, and in the therapeutic application of Kundalini Yoga. She teaches internationally as a KRI certified Lead Trainer Level I and II and European representative for the Guru Ram Das Center for Medicine & Humanology. Atma Jot Kaur studied Law, Indology and Religious Studies and practices as a registered naturopath and Gestalt therapist, specialized in psychotherapeutic support. Consultations online and in-person in her practice for Kundalini Yoga Therapy in German and English.
