🔬 What does the highest level of yoga research tel 🔬 What does the highest level of yoga research tell us?

This month we're spotlighting two powerful studies that highlight the therapeutic potential of yoga—and both were conducted as Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs), the gold standard in research.

✨ Healthy Aging Through Yoga
A 26-week study of older adults found that yoga improved metabolic health, brain health, heart health, social connection, and reduced frailty risk—even among participants who had never practiced yoga before.

✨ Virtual Yoga for Chronic Low Back Pain
A Cleveland Clinic study found that just 12 weeks of therapeutic yoga significantly reduced pain, improved function and sleep, and decreased pain medication use. Even more encouraging? The benefits were sustained after participants stopped practicing.

One of the most exciting findings from both studies: participants were yoga-naïve, showing that meaningful health benefits can emerge even with relatively short-term practice.

Explore both studies and discover how evidence-based yoga supports health, healing, and healthy aging.

What if the Yoga Sutras were experienced not only What if the Yoga Sutras were experienced not only through the mind, but through the heart?

In The Secret Power of Yoga, Nischala Joy Devi offers a compassionate and deeply personal interpretation of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras through a feminine, heart-centered lens. Expanded in this revised edition to include all four padas, this beloved book invites readers into the spiritual essence of yoga with wisdom, gentleness, and grace.

A beautiful resource for Kundalini Yoga teachers, yoga therapists, and sincere practitioners seeking to deepen their understanding of yoga as a path of healing and inner transformation.
