FAQs

The International Kundalini Yoga Therapy Professional Training works with dedicated yoga teachers and equips them with the specialized skills and knowledge necessary to teach yoga therapeutically or to become confident and competent Yoga Therapists.

The training is an accredited 800-hour, 26-month program comprising 14 live online or in-person segments (courses) and 5 on-demand segments, now offered in two parts with 300-hour and 500-hour completion. This is not simply a sequence of courses you take and get a certificate; it is a formal health professional training. You undergo an integrated process that allows you to safely and effectively provide Kundalini Yoga therapy in a clinical setting. The process includes Individual Mentoring, Group Practicum Mentorship, and Practicum Delivery to Individual Clients and Groups.
