The Journey of the Soul: Kundalini Yoga Therapy to Prepare for Death and Transform Grief

The yogic understanding of death, the capacity of the yoga therapist to be present with dying, and to support grief recovery from a yogic perspective.

Shanti Shanti Kaur Khalsa, PhD, C-IAYT, YACEP, brings the ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga into modern medicine. She has taught Kundalini Yoga since 1971 and began to teach people with chronic or life-threatening illness in 1986, during the AIDS epidemic. She is founding director of the Guru Ram Das Center for Medicine & Humanology, with the mission to bring Kundalini Yoga into healthcare. Atma Jot Kaur Guedel is from Goettingen, Germany, and has been a Kundalini Yoga teacher since 1986. Her life is deeply rooted in the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, especially those for women, and in the therapeutic application of Kundalini Yoga.
