Skills to help students with musculoskeletal injuries, pain and limits to mobility are often the missing key for many yoga teachers. Expand your teacher toolkit when you join us for this experiential training designed for yoga teachers from all traditions.

In this well-paced course, you will learn essential functional anatomy and therapeutic applications that you can begin using right away, whether teaching group classes or working individually with students and clients.

You will delve deep into understanding how joints and muscles shape the body’s structural system and the movement patterns that help the body get and stay well. You will gain vital knowledge about the most common injuries and complaints that people seek yoga for and will feel more confident giving therapeutic guidance to clients in your practice for specific ailments related to the spine and sacroiliac joint, hip, knee, foot, shoulder, and wrist, as well as common conditions.

Learn how to create safe, targeted, effective yoga sequences for your students and clients, and the appropriate application of movement through Kriya. By understanding the relationship between the body’s structure and function, you will develop the skills to help alleviate pain, improve flexibility and strength, restore ease of movement, and foster overall well-being.
