Bringing Kundalini Yoga Into Healthcare

Open to all Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teachers. Our newest Kundalini Yoga Therapy Professional Training is now more accessible by dividing it into two parts — starting with the 300-hour certificate. This comprehensive training is mostly online, with the exception of two in-person courses, and is Part One of the IAYT accredited 800-hour International Kundalini Yoga Therapy Professional Training. 

Take the first step on your journey to becoming a Kundalini Yoga Therapist with our new 300-hour certificate!

Open to all Level 1 Kundalini Yoga teachers. You will receive the training, skills and confidence to start teaching therapeutically from the world’s only accredited Kundalini Yoga Therapy Professional Training. Learn how to teach therapeutically to students with health conditions and aid them on their healing journey with an integrative yogic approach.

This training is the first 300 hours of our International Kundalini Yoga Therapy Professional Training and is accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
